2. Domain and Hosting Responsibility:

If clients choose to purchase their domain through our services, we ensure that the domain is registered for a period of one year from the date of purchase. 4. Payment Terms and Conditions For Cancellation OR Selling:

In the event that the Client fails to fulfill their payment obligations within this period, Tech Phorix reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amounts. Furthermore, Tech Phorix retains the authority to sell the Client's project, including all related materials and login credentials, to third parties as a means of recouping unpaid fees. The Client acknowledges and agrees that such actions are a necessary recourse for Tech Phorix to mitigate financial losses resulting from non-payment.
